Gannon Martial Arts Sales Pages Rebuild Agreement

Project: Location Sales Pages in Go High Level (Budo Pulse) + Essential Automations.

1) Overview:

We will build new, conversion‑focused school location sales pages inside Budo Pulse Customer Relationship Management (Go High Level), and link them from the existing website Home page. Go High Level will act as the central marketing system for data capture, bookings, and follow up. We will also provide and hand over an upgraded sales copy rewrite for the existing website Home page so that visitors are guided clearly into the new location pages.


2) Objectives:

  • Drive more trial bookings for Kids classes by using proven, high‑converting page structure and follow up.

  • Centralise lead capture, calendars, pipelines, and messaging in Budo Pulse Customer Relationship Management (Go High Level).

  • Maintain the current website presence while routing traffic into the new system via links.

  • Give each location clean reporting from first enquiry through to enrolment in the dashboard.

3) Scope of Work (line by line):

A. Content and Pages:

1.    Sales copy upgrade for the existing website Home page (clarity, benefits, proof, calls to action) — deliver as copy for the incumbent website developer to paste in themselves.

2.    Build new location sales pages inside Budo Pulse Customer Relationship Management (Go High Level) using one reusable template, cloned and localised for each location; includes a hero section, benefits, social proof, frequently asked questions, and a booking pathway, using the Budo artificial intelligence master prompt scripts.

B. Forms, Calendars, Pipelines, and Workflows:

3.    Create one global trial enquiry form with conditional logic for Kids classes and hidden fields for location, lead source, and campaign tracking.

4.    Configure one trial booking calendar per location with confirmations, reschedule and cancel links, buffer times, and owner notifications.

5.    Create one opportunity pipeline per location with high‑signal stages: New Lead, Contacted, Booked Trial, Confirmed, No‑Show, Attended, Enrolled, Not Enrolled.

6.    Build the core workflows: new lead nurture (no booking yet), booking confirmations and reminders, no‑show recovery, attended to enrol, and a simple new student welcome sequence.

7.    Add tags and triggers to route every lead to the correct location pipeline and calendar, capture campaign data, and keep reporting consistent.

C. Email and Messaging Setup:

8.    Set up the sending domain and profiles for email (sender identity, authentication records guidance for Sender Policy Framework and DomainKeys Identified Mail, reply handling).

9.    Provide standard email and text message templates in workflows for confirmations, reminders, and follow up, tailored for Kids parents.

D. Accounts, Integrations, and Data:

10.  Set up the new Budo Pulse Go High Level account including basic branding and roles. To go live upon completion on the discounted Budo Marketing subscription plan.

11.  Add and configure an additional domain and perform the required Domain Name System changes for testing and email setup.

12.  Connect social and payment integrations: Facebook Page, Instagram and assets where required, Google Business Profile, and Stripe.

13.  Set up the social calendar and scheduling (posting schedule, initial profiles connected, and a simple starter content plan).

14.  Import contacts from the current email service provider with tag translation, consent status preservation, and duplicate handling (client to provide Comma Separated Values file).

E. Reporting, Compliance, and Go‑Live:

15.  Build simple dashboards that show leads, bookings, show rate, enrolments, and source by location and by programme.

16.  Compliance and deliverability: consent capture on forms, unsubscribe handling, and guidance on warming the sending domain.

17.  Quality assurance and launch: end‑to‑end tests across a pilot location, then release to all locations.

5) Deliverables Summary:

  • New location sales pages in Budo Pulse Customer Relationship Management Go High Level, linked from the existing website Home page.

  • Upgraded sales copy for the existing website Home page using Budo Master Prompts.

  • Working global forms, per‑location calendars, and per‑location opportunity and pipelines.

  • Core follow-up workflows and bespoke message templates.

  • Emails and sending set up, tags and triggers configured, dashboards live.

  • New Budo Pulse Go High Level account set up with connected Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and Stripe.

  • Social calendar configured and ready to schedule posts.

  • Instructors and contacts imported with consent status preserved. We will require their names and email details.

6) Assumptions and Dependencies:

  • Location count pages is assumed to be twenty for this draft.

  • Contact import assumes a list size up to five thousand and a clean export including consent fields.

  • One trial calendar per location. If more Kids calendars are required per location, add fifty pounds per additional calendar.

  • The current website Home page will continue to be hosted on the existing platform. 

  • We will supply upgraded copy and a clear linking plan into the new location pages.

  • Budo Pulse Go High Level subscription is separate from this proposal and billed monthly. The subscription payment of the discounted monthly rate $297 will be waived until the launch date TBC.

7) Next Steps (Final discussion):

  • Confirm the final list of locations and owners.

  • Confirm the current email service provider and export format.

  • Apply a new Domain for testing.

  • Set-up and add a payment option into the Budo Pulse HL new account - for credit testing purposes only.

  • Any other additional questions.

8) Payment Terms:

  • Fifty percent to commence on date of agreement.

  • Fifty percent on go‑live TBC

  • Payment to be made by bank transfer. To be supplied.

9) Investment total:

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude taxes.

I, Paul Gannon, confirm that I have read and understood the terms and scope outlined in this proposal. I agree to the investment above, with payment terms of fifty percent upfront and fifty percent on completion.
